AnimationEffect 接口在 Web 动画 API defines current and future animation effects like KeyframeEffect , which can be passed to 动画 objects for playing, and KeyframeEffectReadOnly (which is used by CSS 动画 and 过渡 ).

AnimationEffect.getTiming(): 返回 EffectTiming object associated with the animation containing all the animation's timing values.
AnimationEffect.getComputedTiming(): Returns the calculated timing properties for this AnimationEffect .
AnimationEffect.updateTiming(): Updates the specified timing properties of this AnimationEffect .
