HTMLHRElement interface provides special properties (beyond those of the HTMLElement interface it also has available to it by inheritance) for manipulating <hr> 元素。

HTMLHRElement.align: 是 DOMString , an enumerated attribute indicating alignment of the rule with respect to the surrounding context.
HTMLHRElement.color: 是 DOMString representing the name of the color of the rule.
