SVGCursorElement interface provides access to the properties of <cursor> elements, as well as methods to manipulate them.

This interface also inherits properties from its parent, SVGElement ，和实现的特性来自 SVGURIReference .

SVGCursorElement.x 只读: SVGAnimatedLength corresponding to the x attribute of the given <cursor> 元素。
